We are looking for skilled candidates proficient in Recruitment & staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with candidates and receive requirements from team leaders.
• Analyze requirements and work closely with Hiring Managers to understand overall needs.
• Drive recruitment to closure within the TAT.
• Update candidates with relevant openings.
• Browse job portals and internal database for suitable candidates.
• Perform reference checks, mapping, and head‑hunting.
• Shortlist selected candidates and forward profiles to clients.
• Coordinate HR round interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.

Requirements

• Strong exposure in Recruitment and candidate interviewing.
• Experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources role.
• Hands‑on MS Office and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
